Some print shops screen print their stickers which can take forever...seriously I have heard of our client waiting over a month to get a screen printed sticker order from some of the bigger shops. Sign shops stickers are cheap, not fade resistant, and flimsy. Offset printers only print on paper labels which cannot with stand the elements. So whats the solution to a high quality sticker that isn't cheap?
Without giving away too many of our secrets, I'll let you in on this - We have a process in place that allows us to print full color vinyl stickers, add uv coating, and cut them in less than a week. We use high quality vinyl, full color digital printers, and provide the highest quality stickers for an affordable price...all with out making you wait months like our screen printing competitors.
Cutting & die cutting is the least accurate process in producing stickers and the cut on your sticker can vary as much as 3/32” in any direction from the original position so plan your artwork accordingly. We strongly recommend against borders but if you do have a border make it at lease 1/4th inch thick. We can’t guarantee the cut accuracy.
